The Lightsun studio is in Cluj-Napoca. For corporate portraits sessions we work either in studio or on-location at the client's premises. We cover projects in Cluj, Bucharest, Timișoara, Iași, Sibiu, and the rest of Romania. Travel for projects abroad is discussed separately.

How long does a corporate portrait session take?

Between 45 minutes for the Essential package and up to 2 hours for Executive. The effective duration depends on the number of outfits and the variety of frames required.
Where does the session take place?

By default at the Lightsun studio in Cluj-Napoca. For companies or executives with tight schedules, we travel to the client's premises in Cluj, across Romania, or abroad.
How soon do I get my portraits?

Standard delivery is 5 business days from the session. For urgent projects, we offer priority delivery within 48 hours at an additional cost.
What should I wear for the session?

We recommend 1 to 3 outfits that reflect your professional context. We send a prep guide after booking with concrete recommendations on clothing, accessories, and grooming.
Can I use the portraits anywhere?

Yes. Standard packages include rights for unlimited digital use: LinkedIn, websites, online press, decks. Extended uses, such as outdoor print or paid campaigns, are discussed separately.
How is this different from a regular studio?

Lightsun works exclusively for professional contexts. We don't do glamour or event portraits. Direction, lighting, and retouching are calibrated for business credibility, not visual effects.
