The Lightsun studio is in Cluj-Napoca. For employer branding photography sessions we work either in studio or on-location at the client's premises. We cover projects in Cluj, Bucharest, Timișoara, Iași, Sibiu, and the rest of Romania. Travel for projects abroad is discussed separately.

Frequently asked questions about employer branding photography
How long does an employer branding session take?

From a half day (4 hours) for small teams, up to 2 full days for companies with more than 50 people or multiple locations.
How many people can we portray in a day?

Standard: between 15 and 25 people portrayed individually, plus several team scenarios, if logistics are prepped in advance.
Do we need to prepare the office?

We send a prep guide a week in advance: visual tidiness, lighting, signage, outfits. The session runs without blocking normal activity.
Can we use the images on paid materials and print?

Yes. Commercial usage rights are included by default for all digital channels and print, on an indefinite timeline, for the contracting company.
Do you work outside Cluj?

Yes. We cover Bucharest, Timișoara, Iași, Sibiu, Brașov, and the rest of the country. For projects abroad or consecutive multi-day shoots, travel is discussed separately.
How soon do we get the deliverables?

Preliminary selection in 5 business days. The final retouched library in 10 to 15 business days, depending on volume.
