Frequently asked questions about pricing
Do prices include VAT?

Lightsun Studio SRL is not VAT registered, so the displayed prices are final. No VAT is added on top of the quoted amount.
Can I build a custom package?

Yes. The displayed packages are a starting point. For companies and recurring projects, we build personalised quotes based on scope, volume, and frequency.
What's the payment method?

Bank transfer against invoice. For companies, we work with a standard 14-day payment term. Personal packages are paid before delivery.
Can I cancel or reschedule?

Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours' notice. For cancellations under 48 hours, a deposit is retained, communicated at booking.
Is there a discount for multiple sessions?

Yes. For companies contracting a recurring programme (quarterly or monthly), we apply preferential pricing communicated in the quote.
