The Lightsun studio is in Cluj-Napoca. For product photography sessions we work either in studio or on-location at the client's premises. We cover projects in Cluj, Bucharest, Timișoara, Iași, Sibiu, and the rest of Romania. Travel for projects abroad is discussed separately.

Frequently asked questions about product photography
How many products can you photograph in a day?

For straightforward pack-shot, between 30 and 60 products per day. For editorial, between 5 and 15 products per day, depending on setup complexity.
How do I send products to the studio?

By courier to the Cluj-Napoca studio address, or delivered in person. After the session, we return them by insured courier.
Do you work with fragile or valuable products?

Yes. Jewellery, watches, glassware, premium cosmetics, and design objects are a significant part of our portfolio. We use insured transport and handle items with gloves.
Can I use the images in paid ads?

Yes. Commercial usage rights for all digital and print channels are included by default, on an indefinite timeline.
Do you include models for lifestyle shoots?

Yes. For campaign or lifestyle sessions, we manage casting, contracts, and model logistics. Costs are calculated separately.
How soon do I get the images?

Pack-shot: 5 business days. Editorial: 7 to 10 days. Campaign: depending on volume, 10 to 20 business days.
